I, as usual, added something of my own to the recipe, namely frozen cherries. It turned out three types: puffs with bananas, a couple - also with dark chocolate, and banana-cherry. Ingredients:

For 8 pieces:

  • 500 g of yeast-free puff pastry;
  • 2 bananas;
  • 50 g dark chocolate;
  • 1 egg;
  • optionally - a couple of dozen pitted cherries.

We also need confectionery parchment, a little vegetable oil to lubricate it, a regular knife and for curly cutting dough, a fork and a silicone brush.

How to bake:

We take out the puff pastry from the freezer in advance, let it lie down at room temperature for half an hour. You can't defrost it in the microwave. Let it slowly thaw on its own. In the meantime, we will wash the bananas - so what if they are in the skin, it is so hygienic. And the egg must also be washed with soap and dry the shell.

When the puff pastry becomes soft, lightly roll it out on a table sprinkled with flour. Roll out across the width, in one direction.

Then cut the strip of dough into 4 equal parts.

Up to half of these rectangles we will make curly cuts with a knife. You can checkerboard, diagonally or straight - you will get different, but all beautiful puffs!

We cut bananas into circles 3-4 mm thick and put 5-6 circles on the whole sides of the blanks.
